The request letter must be super-scribed “Request for MBA (IT) / Dual Degree MBA (IT)-Ph.D. Program Application form”. Application form with details is also available at the website www.iiita.ac.in Application form can be obtained for a processing fee of Rs. 1200/- for GEN and OBC (Rs. 600/- for SC/ST/PH candidates) to be paid in cash or through DD of any nationalized bank drawn in favour of `IIIT-Allahabad ‘ payable at Allahabad.
