One should be a graduate (First Bachelor Degree) in any discipline with 50% marks in the aggregate (45% for SC/ST) of Utkal University or any recognized University to join this course.
The filled in form alongwith two bank drafts, one in favour of the “Comptroller of Finance, Utkal University” for Rs.150/- (Rupees one hundred fifty only) and the other In favour of “Co-ordinator, MFC, Utkal University, Bhubaneswar” for Rs. 350/- (Three hundred fifty only) payable at any Nationalized Bank in Bhubaneswar may be sent by post
